Ice cream sandwich cake
This recipe is the best. It’s ready in minutes and it’s really good.
Ingredients:
1 (12 pack) box of ice cream sandwiches
1 container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
2-3 toffee candy bars (like Heath), crushed
Instructions:
In an 8-by-8-inch pan, lay down a layer of ice cream sandwiches. You will have to tear a few to fit the space. Layer half of the whipped topping on top.
Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Spread the remaining whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with crushed candy. Cover and store in the freezer.
Serves 6-8
