Broccoli Tot Flatbread

16 ounce bag frozen broccoli tots, thawed (or see sugarfacebakes.com for recipe to make your own tots)

1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Toppings as desired: ½ to ¾ cups ricotta cheese, your favorite veggies, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and/or shaved Parmesan.

Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Turn a baking pan upside-down and spray it with cooking spray. Lay parchment paper on top (the idea is to get the parchment to stick to an edgeless surface).

In a mixing bowl, mash the tots and Parmesan with a fork.

Using your hands, place mixture on the parchment paper, and form a ¼-inch-thick disk, like a pizza dough crust. Bake for 25 minutes.

Let rest 5 minutes, then add shaved Parmesan and serve, or, reduce oven 400 degrees, add other toppings, and return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
