I love dessert, but I prefer subtly sweet options.
I mean, I love a brownie sundae, but that’s not an everyday kind of treat, you know?!
Tell me in the comments if you eat dessert every day or if it’s just an occasional thing for you.

If you’re like me… here’s a recipe you may enjoy.
It’s modeled after a slightly more indulgent version, which is already on my website here.
This recipe below is only sweetened with some honey. It also uses unsweetened cocoa powder, which has some health benefits.
This is a simple recipe. It’s great when you want a little something… just for you 🙂
Ingredients:
1/2 cup part skim ricotta
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. honey (or more to taste)
Optional toppings: cocoa nibs, (white) chocolate chips, strawberries, coconut, etc.
Instructions:
Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well, then transfer mixture to a small bowl for serving. Add toppings as desired.
