Green muffins

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp honey, optional
4 cups baby spinach
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup ground flax
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Blend banana, eggs, milk, honey, spinach and vanilla in a blender until fully combined.
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop into muffin tins lined with parchment liners.
Bake 20 minutes, until toothpick inserted into muffins comes out clear. Times vary per oven.
