Ingredients (use approximate amounts):

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon loosely packed freshly grated ginger (peeled)
1/2 loosely packed teaspoon  freshly grated turmeric (peeled)

Instructions:

Squeeze lemon juice into a mug.

Add the grated ginger and turmeric to a small strainer and place it over the mug. Slowly pour the boiling water over the ginger mix, using a spoon to press it as the water runs through. Pour enough water to just cover the ginger and turmeric.

Once the mug is full, allow the strainer to remain in position to steep for 3-5 minutes.

Serves 1.
