Ingredients:

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained

2 eggs

3 tablespoons canola oil

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup agave nectar

2 tablespoons stevia

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

11/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9×9 baking pan.

Combine all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Remove the blade and stir in the chocolate chips.

Transfer the mixture to the baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan.
