Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Dash of salt
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in butter and eggs.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and toss between two hands to mold (this is a wet mixture; it’s too messy to roll). Form seven biscuits.
Place onto baking sheet, then gently flatten out the tops so they bake evenly. Bake 18-19 minutes, then remove from oven and let set on pan for 1 minute.
Serve warm with your favorite jams, jellies, syrups or make a breakfast sandwich. Anything goes!
Makes 7 biscuits.
