Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons nut butter – the drippier the better
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, mash the banana. Add the oats, nut butter, cinnamon and salt. Stir until well incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool and transfer to baking rack.
Makes 12 cookies.
