Lift Your Vibe, a series of 20 guided meditations, aims to progressively clear old patterns and negativity and raise the quality of our energy.

Meditation 1
Meditation 2
We use breath to help us
1) wake up
2) feel relaxed
3) recenter.
The aim is to learn these skills AND get more connected with our bodies as a tangible way to release tension and anchor into the present moment. This is an important foundation for what we will continue to build.
Meditation 4
Today we continue to build a mind-body connection.
Tuning into physical sensation helps ground us in the present moment. It also is a useful way to release tension and de-stress. Both of these things are important for what we're trying to build.

Meditation 7
We begin a new phase of the program today.
Now, we're beginning to build awareness of our thoughts. Doing so positions us to be able to CHOOSE which thoughts to listen to and which to disregard. We take our first step in that direction with this session...
Meditation 8
In the next two days, we will practice building our "focus muscles."
The intention isn't to develop un-distractible focus (but hey, practice can't hurt). The aim is mainly to continue gaining awareness of what's happening in our heads. When we're more aware of our thoughts, we're less controlled by them. We start to become able to choose which ones to listen to.
Meditation 10
Ok, we have something a little different today.
The intention is to play with allowing uncomfortable feelings as a means for getting through them powerfully and productively.
Unlike our thoughts, we can't selectively ignore our feelings. Well, I suppose we could, but that doesn't actually ease the ones we don't like.
Today's practice is meant to give us a visceral understanding of how allowing and accepting unpleasant feelings --softening and moving into them-- ultimately makes them more manageable. It paves the way for us to get something potentially positive out of the experience, too.
I will guide you to take a stretch in today's recording. Like, a literal stretch. To do that, please watch this quick 4-minute video before your meditation. It will show you a few different options for your position.
Meditation 11
We're about to enter a new phase of the program.
Now that we've cleared out some tension and experienced more productive ways to interact with our thoughts and feelings, we've created fertile ground to start elevating our emotions and lifting our vibes!
Our first stop on that train is a loving kindness meditation.
Meditation 14
"Make the familiar unfamiliar, and the unfamiliar familiar."
That's what we're playing with today.
Meditation 16
It's ultimately about tapping into a sense of flow -- getting a feel for it in the session and hopefully, bringing it into our days.
For me, flow is about feeling ease, joy, and a sense of lightness. It has an undertone of purpose, connection, and meaning. It's a really solid vibe.
Meditation 17
Today is about appreciation. I see two aspects to it.
One -- appreciate / recognize / accept this moment exactly as it is, whatever life presents.
Two -- appreciate what's good / practice gratitude.
Part one helps us get to a level playing field. It can get us out of the dumps and out of our own way. Part two is where our vibes start to lift.
